First time going to this location and Meliah was absolutely amazing! She made me feel comfortable and safe throughout my appointment, and I enjoyed our conversation which was a welcome distraction from my sugaring. It was also the first time in five years of getting sugared that I’ve ever been handed a mirror after my appointment, and that tiny detail was so affirming and special! It’s always nerve wracking going to a new location but Meliah made it worthwhile! 10/10

The greatest thing about the Boerum Hill location is my sugarista Jada. Jada is kind, gentle, professional, efficient, and her sugaring is always superb. Jada truly needs a raise! Her customer service goes beyond expectations. The facility is always clean no matter what time of day I go for a Brazilian. The front desk staff welcomes customers with a warm smile. The treatments themselves are top-notch (I go for Brazilians, legs, and cheeks), and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Can't wait for the location off of Flatbush to open, closest to my house.
